Back in the Studio

I am back in the studio after a fantastic break travelling around Asia. I have taken lots of inspiration from all the stitch work and fantastic colours I saw in Hong Kong, Thailand, Cambodia and Laos. I now have plenty of material to add too my 'Mood Wall'!

can anyone spot my real inspiration?

I took my trustworthy pocket sketch book on my travels and sketched down some great designs that caught my eye.

I hope one day to use these sketches in my work.

I will be teaching a workshop up in Ashbourne, Derbyshire and Gateshead, Sunderland very shortly so I hope to have more photos of students work.
